Standard processing for custom orders typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend to 7-10 business days as each piece is handcrafted to your specifications.
How do I hang my Smallwoods wall art?
Most of our frames are designed with a built-in ledge on the back, allowing them to hang flush against the wall using standard nails or screws. No additional hanging hardware is usually required.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because personalized items are unique to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or features a manufacturing defect. Please review your digital proof carefully before ordering.
Do you offer international shipping?
