Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack your items in their original Smallwoods packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
